Description of the stainless steel mesh

Our factory produces stainless steel wire mesh with SUS302, 304, 316, 304L and 316L stainless steel wire materials.

Typical weaving patterns for stainless steel wire mesh: plain weave, twill weave, Dutch weave.

General use: stainless steel wire mesh, with excellent acid, alkali, heat and corrosion resistance, widely used in oil, chemical, food, pharmaceutical processing, mining, metallurgy, solid, liquid and gas sorting and screening, airspace , machine manufacturing, etc.

Stainless steel: stainless steel, with wear resistance, heat resistance, acid resistance and corrosion resistance. Many different grades of stainless steel are used for wire cloth. T304 is the most common, but others are used for specific applications to take advantage of the unique properties of each grade. Wire mesh made of stainless steel is widely used in the mining, chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries.

Plain weave: Each weft thread passes through one and one warp thread, each warp thread passes through one and one weft thread, and each weft thread has warp threads of the same diameter.
Features: square hole, high circulation, relatively high opening area, so the pressure drop during filtration is small, suitable for various filtration below 63μm.
